Robert W. Bugg is the Broker-in-Charge of Wildlands Realty and brings over 16 years of experience to the firm as a broker, land developer and home builder. Robert holds the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant designation from the Realtors Land Institute and heads up the land acquisition business of Wildlands Engineering where he has brokered over 1,300 acres of land for conservation easements. In addition to his expertise with finding stream and wetland conservation value out of land, Robert holds an unlimited NC General Contractor’s license and brings significant residential development and construction experience to the team.
Shawn D. Wilkerson

Shawn D. Wilkerson is a North Carolina native and brings over 20 years of experience as a broker and real estate investor. As the President of Wildlands Engineering, he brings the engineering and GIS skills of the engineering firm to Wildlands Realty as a benefit to our land clients.

Ian M. Hazelhoff is a Birmingham, AL native and has lived in Charlotte for three years. He is an experienced land broker working throughout North Carolina, and also brings unique skills and insights to residential buyers and sellers in Charlotte. A trained biologist and land planner, Ian offers clients a wide range of services: from natural resource investments in mountain farms to finding the perfect urban home for your family. He is an avid outdoorsman with a green thumb, and is passionate about bringing the true value of land to the forefront. Ian adds a modern approach to local real estate and thrives on developing strong relationships with happy clients.
